The UK faces an enduring shortfall in housing for the people who need it most. 11 Asset Management was founded to close part of that gap. We do so by deploying private capital, with institutional rigour, into specialist residential assets that deliver stable inflation-linked income and measurable social outcomes.

We work alongside registered providers, local authorities and capital partners to source, refurbish and steward homes that house key workers, vulnerable adults, and individuals exiting homelessness. Our portfolio is concentrated, actively managed, and built to last. We are deliberately specialist. That alignment shows up in how we maintain assets, how we hold conversations with providers, and how we report to our investors.
